We only provide the best major plans such as: VSP, EyeMed, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Medicare, Midlands Choice, Medicaid.
As well as the ones listed, we are also affiliated with many others. Please call us to check on your plan at 308-384-6922 for our Grand Island office or 308-754-5609 for our St. Paul office.
If your vision plan is not listed we will offer you 20% off our regular fee when you become our patient.
